Camping is wonderful thing for sure. If you do camping on dream location and fantastic nature than is … well… PRICELESS.  Bearing this on mind and taking in consideration my love for hiking and camping i decide to compile a list of 5 breathtaking camping places in Europe.Some wonderful campground from around Europe, Lets start with our list :

Valle Santa Maria Camping, Tuscany (Elba), Italy

The campground is located on the southern coast of the island, in the municipality of Lacona, facing a large beach of the same name. It is nestled in luxuriant Maquis shrubland and a thick forest of tall Pine trees.
Immediately inland, less than a kilometre away, is the town of Lacona, situated at the entrance of the Monte Capo Stella promontory. The Lacona district is distinguished as being among the best-known on Elba island.
Half Island River Camp, Buna, Bosnia

The river camp ”Half Island” is a new camp. It is situated on the coast of Buna river. The river campground represents an ideal place for vacation and relaxation. Buna river is very cold. Its temperature is 8 degree! It’s the best way to refresh yourself during hot summer months.

Camping Zasavica, Serbia

Campground “Zasavica” is located in the heart of untouched, preserved nature, 12 km south of Belgrade-Zagreb,E-70 highway, 80 km west of Belgrade and 62 km south of Novi Sad. The campsite is reached when you leave the highway for Sremska Mitrovica, then you go left after the tollgate till you reach the roundabout at which you should continue straight, then across the bridge on the Sava River towards Macvanska Mitrovica. At the T-junction, you should go right towards Macvanska Mitrovica and then continue to the village Zasavica II. At the end of the village you should turn left to the camp. The camping site is marked by 12m² signposts at all problematic points and intersections.


Kattegat Strand Camping, Aalborg, Denmark

Kattegat Strand Campground has a unique location in one of Denmark’s most child friendly and welcoming

sandy beaches, just 2 km from the resort of Baltic Hurup.

Although the campsite is large (21 ha. With about 600 seats), it feels not such as sites located in smaller oases in the middle of nature, and no longer than 200m to the beach or to our first class service facilities. In high season sizzles place of life, and there is a great range of activities – whether you are into ball games, games, water sports, animals or sheer relaxation.


Weichselbrunn campground, Bodenwöhr, Germany

Ranked as one of the best camping grounds in Europe, the Weichselbrunn is located amongst a lakeside forest, with beautiful scenery at your doorstep. At the camp site you can hire bicycles, go hiking, fishing, swimming and canoeing. If you aren’t up for pitching a tent, they offer cabins and also have space for campervans and caravans on site.
